We're growing fast—and looking for a smart, organized, and customer-friendly Receptionist/Administrator to be the face of our office.

Role Overview

As a Receptionist / Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your role involves welcoming visitors, managing calls and office communications, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure front desk security and cleanliness
• Provide administrative support including filing, document handling, and data entry
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Assist with internal communications, meetings, and HR coordination
• Support company events or training sessions when required

Requirements

• 1+ year experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or administrator (preferred)
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Friendly, presentable, and professional demeanor
• Minimum education: Plus Two / Diploma; Degree preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
