Job Summary:
The person will be responsible for managing daily office oparations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and supporting various departments with logistical and operational tasks. This role involves facility management, vendor coordination, documentation handling, travel arrangements, and office supplies management. The Admin Executive must ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining an efficient and organized workplace. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.Roles and Responsibilities:Office Administration & Facility Management:
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning.Maintain office facilities, equipment, and supplies, ensuring a well-organized workspace.Ensure compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness standards in the office premises.Vendor and Asset Management:
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams for office needs.Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies, stationary and IT equipments.Negotiate contracts and agreements with external supplies and service providors.Travel & Logistics Management:
Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation for employees and senior management. Process travel reimbursements and maintain expense records.Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to office administration.Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and administrative procedures. Assist in preparing MIS reports, presentations, and correspondence for management.Employee Support & Coordination:
Provide administrative support to various departments as required.Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office activities.Handle visitor management, reception duties, and communication coordination.Competencies:
The candidate should have a strong understanding of office administration, facility management, and operational processes.Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with employees, vendors, and external stakeholders.Ability to manage procurement, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor relationships.Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent administrative tasks promptly.Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, safety protocols, and office policies.A proactive approach to office management, process improvement, and cost control.Adaptability and flexibility to handle dynamic administrative requirements and business needs.Candidates should possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
