Job Description

Job Description : We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and organized Receptionist cum Administrator to manage front-desk activities and assist in daily administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a professional attitude. Key Responsibilities : Greet and attend to walk-in visitors and students Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries Maintain student records and admission data (offline & online) Schedule appointments and coordinate with counsellors/trainers Assist in fee collection, issuing receipts, and follow-up calls Maintain front-desk appearance and ensure cleanliness Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors if needed Support back-end office operations and documentation Assist during events, batches, or student presentations Keep track of student attendance and trainer timetables Requirements : Minimum HSC (12th pass), graduate preferred Good spoken English and Hindi/Marathi Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp, basic computer handling Presentable appearance and polite communication Prior experience in admin/front office preferred (not mandatory) Females Preferably below 30 years Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
