Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Counsellor to guide aspiring students through our range of career-oriented programs. You’ll be the first point of contact for walk-in and online leads, playing a key role in converting inquiries into admissions.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students about our courses in aviation, ground staff, hospitality, and travel & tourism
• Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Explain course benefits, fees, and career opportunities
• Assist students with admissions, registrations, and documentation
• Work towards monthly admission targets
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
• Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in counselling, sales, or tele-calling (education sector preferred)
• Friendly, confident, and target-driven personality
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
