Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and responsible female Receptionist who can manage front-desk operations along with basic admin tasks, telesales calling, and CRM data handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk: greet visitors, handle calls, maintain reception area
  • Perform daily admin tasks: filing, documentation, office coordination
  • Handle telesales calling for inquiries and follow-ups
  • Update and manage CRM entries and call records
  • Assist sales & admin team with coordination work
  • Maintain attendance, office supplies, and basic administration

Requirements:

  • Only female candidates
  • 1–3 years of experience preferred
  • Good communication & customer-handling skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Presentable, organized, and proactive

Location: T5-T6, 3rd Floor, Pankaj Arcade, Sector 5, Dwarka, New Delhi, 110075

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
