Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and manage the reception area professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and route communication to concerned teams.
  • Manage visitor log, courier (inward/outward), and basic documentation.
  • Assist in meeting room bookings, visitor hospitality, and admin coordination.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and pantry staff to ensure timely maintenance
  • Support HR/Admin with basic office and event-related tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate (any discipline).
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in receptionist/ front desk / admin roles.
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, and professional grooming.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office & email handling.
