Job Summary: We are seeking a polite, well-spoken, and responsible female receptionist to be the face of our diagnostic centre. She will be responsible for greeting patients, managing appointments, handling patient queries, and ensuring smooth coordination between patients and staff. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors politely and professionally. Register patients accurately in the system. Schedule and manage appointments efficiently. Answer phone calls, emails, and patient queries promptly. Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and lab staff for smooth workflow. Collect payments and issue receipts as per the billing system. Maintain patient confidentiality and follow data protection protocols. Handle waiting room management and ensure patient comfort. Address patient complaints calmly and escalate to management if needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (preferred). Good communication skills in English and local languages. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, diagnostic software entry). Courteous, polite, and patient-focused attitude. Ability to handle pressure and multitask. Prior experience in a healthcare or diagnostic centre is an advantage. Working Hours: [ 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, rotational shifts if applicable] Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
