Receptionist

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of our healthcare facility as a dedicated and efficient Receptionist. In this role, you will handle various front desk responsibilities to assist in addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, collecting patient feedback, providing health insurance recommendations, and offering guidance on diagnoses. Your main duties will include providing excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries in a professional and courteous manner. You will also assist patients with appointment scheduling and maintain their availability records. Efficient coordination and fixing of appointments for doctors based on patient preferences and availability will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for soliciting feedback from patients to continuously improve the quality of services provided. You will offer guidance and recommendations on suitable health insurance options to patients. Moreover, you will provide basic information and guidance to patients regarding their diagnoses and treatments. The job location for this position is in Kandivali, and the job timings are as follows: - For males: 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. - For females: - Morning Shift: 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. - General Shift: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. - Evening Shift: 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The qualifications required for this position include: - 12th preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational abilities - Knowledge of basic medical terminology is a plus - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred This is a permanent job type with a rotational shift schedule and work location required in person.,
