Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for office meetings and events.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Ensure that office supplies are stocked and order replacements as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
