Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Customer Relation team as an Officer. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
The primary responsibilities of this position include providing excellent customer service, handling billing transactions, effective communication with clients, solving customer problems, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
The Officer will be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional relationship with customers, ensuring smooth operations in the department, and providing support to the team as needed. The work location for this position is on site.
