Job Description

As a Receptionist at the company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for all visitors and employees. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting and welcoming guests at the office entrance with a friendly demeanor. - Directing visitors to the appropriate person or department efficiently. - Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls professionally. - Handling queries from clients, visitors, and employees promptly. - Maintaining office security by adhering to safety procedures and controlling access at the reception desk. - Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries accurately. - Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials. - Scheduling appointments and managing calendars effectively. - Performing basic clerical duties like filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry with precision. - Assisting in various administrative tasks as needed by the management. Qualifications required for this role: - Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. - Proficiency in basic office software and equipment. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund.
