Job Description

As a receptionist and telecaller at our company, your role will involve various key responsibilities including: - Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner. - Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and efficiently. - Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services/products. - Maintaining visitor records and managing appointment schedules. - Handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information. - Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and reception area. - Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation. - Following up with leads and ensuring timely communication with clients. - Handling customer queries and resolving complaints in a professional manner. - Supporting other departments with clerical duties as required. The qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience as a receptionist, telecaller, or in a similar customer service role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). - Professional appearance and positive attitude. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. - Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach. - Fluency in English or the local language as applicable. Please note that only female candidates are preferred for this position. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.,
