Receptionist, telecaller

As a receptionist/telecaller, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional front desk environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner. - Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and efficiently. - Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services/products. - Maintaining visitor records and managing appointment schedules. - Handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information. - Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and reception area. - Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation. - Following up with leads and ensuring timely communication with clients. - Handling customer queries and resolving complaints in a professional manner. - Supporting other departments with clerical duties as required. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience as a receptionist, telecaller, or in a similar customer service role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). - Professional appearance and positive attitude. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. - Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach. - Fluency in English/Hindi or any other local language as applicable.
