Key Responsibilities
Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain daily calendars
- Handle walk-ins and coordinate client flow efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Manage client records and ensure confidentiality
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth operations
Telecaller Duties:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and promotions
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about services
- Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
- Promote clinic packages and services with persuasive communication
- Assist in client retention and feedback collection
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
- Pleasant personality and customer-centric attitude
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Prior experience in a clinic, salon, or wellness center is a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
