Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff or department.

  • Coordinate office activities and events as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff members, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Ensure proper security measures are in place, such as visitor check-ins.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
