Job Description

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing professional and courteous assistance while managing front-desk operations efficiently. The role includes handling calls, coordinating with departments, managing appointments, and maintaining a welcoming environment in line with the company’s FMCG standards. Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the appropriate departments. Manage incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and deliveries. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times. Handle inquiries from customers, vendors, and visitors courteously. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings. Maintain employee and visitor attendance registers. Assist HR/Admin with basic documentation, data entry, and filing work. Support in procurement of office supplies and maintain stock records. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for smooth office operations. Handle basic administrative support for other departments as needed. Required Qualifications and Skills:Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Administration or Commerce). Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive, preferably in FMCG or a corporate environment. Skills: Excellent communication (English, Hindi) and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Pleasant personality with a customer-service mindset. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and professional attitude. Work Environment:Office-based role. Standard working hours (as per company policy). Interaction with internal departments, visitors, clients, and vendors.
