Role & responsibilities

  • Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each persons visit and direct or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
  • Maintenance of front Office and conference rooms.
  • Support time office team on related activities.
  • Answers and direct phone calls to staff and takes messages
  • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
  • Performs basic filing and record keeping.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Proficient with Excel, and Word
  • Languages : English and Kannada Mandatory.

Education :

  • Any Degree
