Job Description: As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and callers. Your role is essential in creating a warm, professional first impression while ensuring smooth communication, hospitality, and administrative coordination across teams. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors with a friendly, welcoming attitude. Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and handle routine information requests. Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Coordinate meeting room schedules and support internal team requirements. Handle incoming/outgoing mails, couriers, and basic documentation. Assist in organizing office events, appointments, and administrative tasks. Provide support to HR, operations, and other departments when required. Maintain visitor logs, access passes, and basic security protocols. Required Skills & Qualification: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, scheduling tools). Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently. Customer-service mindset with a proactive approach. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a front-desk or reception role (preferred but not mandatory). Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones.
