Responsibilities also extend to supporting the sales team by coordinating with them and assisting with special events. Key responsibilities

  • Customer service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide information on products, services, and store policies.
  • Reception and administration: Manage the reception area, answer and direct phone calls, handle incoming mail, and perform various administrative duties.
  • Appointment and client management: Schedule and manage appointments for sales consultations and maintain client records.
  • Sales support: Coordinate with sales staff to ensure a seamless customer experience and assist with sales events and special promotions.
  • Store operations: Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
