We are looking for a Medical Coordinator to manage incoming patient inquiries and ensure smooth coordination of consultations, procedures, and follow-ups. Minimum 1 year experience in marketing required Key Responsibilities: Handle all incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, online inquiries, walk-ins) and convert them into consultations or procedures. Explain hair transplantation and cosmetic procedures to patients clearly and confidently. Coordinate doctor appointments, treatment schedules, and follow-up visits. Maintain and update the lead database and track conversions daily. Ensure smooth communication between patients, doctors, and clinic staff. Follow up with potential clients to build trust and improve conversion rates. Support the clinic team with front office tasks, patient forms, and case documentation. Maintain confidentiality and ensure all patient interactions are handled professionally. Assist with basic marketing coordination, such as feedback collection and posting patient testimonials . Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably healthcare, business, or related). Prior experience in medical coordination, clinic counseling, or healthcare sales preferred. Excellent communication in English and Malayalam/Hindi. Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills. Good computer skills (Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, etc.). Friendly, empathetic, and confident in speaking with patients.
