Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; direct them to the concerned departments.

  • Maintain the front desk and reception area, ensuring it is clean, welcoming, and presentable.

  • Manage courier services, visitor logs, and appointment scheduling.

  • Support in organizing meetings and coordinating conference room bookings.
