Job Description

Receptionist

Job Summary:

The Customer Relations Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by addressing their needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves regular interaction with clients through phone, email, and face-to-face communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in person.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to products, services, or processes.
Support the sales and marketing teams in customer engagement campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service or client relations role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult clients with patience and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
