Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Vadodara for a Receptionist at Sanskruti Salon Private Limited. As the first point of contact for clients, the Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet and assist customers, handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing clerical and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the salon.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including handling client check-ins, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized front desk.
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact professionally and effectively with clients.
Strong Customer Service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing inquiries promptly and courteously.
Basic Clerical Skills, such as data entry, managing records, and performing routine administrative tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
