Position: Receptionist
Location: Karve Nagar
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: 1 day
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience & skills)

Role Overview:

Reborn Skin & Hair Clinic is seeking a presentable, well-spoken female receptionist with excellent English communication skills. The candidate should have a professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle premium clients in a clinical setup.

Key Responsibilities :Front Desk Management

• Welcome and greet patients with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
• Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
• Handle calls, enquiries, and appointment scheduling efficiently.

Patient Coordination

• Manage, schedule, and confirm appointments.
• Provide basic information about services and treatments.
• Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth workflow.

Administrative Tasks

• Maintain and update patient records.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payments.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain documentation.

Customer Service

• Communicate clearly and confidently with patients in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Handle patient concerns politely and professionally.
• Ensure an excellent client experience throughout their visit.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent English communication (mandatory).
• Presentable female candidates preferred.
• Confident, polite, and well-groomed personality.
• Must wear formals during the interview.
• 1–3 years of experience in a clinic, salon, spa, or customer service role (preferred).
• Good computer skills (MS Office, booking software).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Work Schedule:

• 6 days working
• 1 weekly off
• Ability to work during clinic hours, including weekends if required.

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
