Job Title: Receptionist

Job Overview:
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage the front desk area, keeping it clean and organized.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating records.
  • Support other office staff with day-to-day tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 per month
