Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • 💼

    Reception Management:

    Greet and assist visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring seamless entry and service.
  • 📞

    Call Handling:

    Manage incoming calls and route them to appropriate departments; handle messages and inquiries effectively.
  • 📩

    Visitor & Meeting Coordination:

    Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and coordinate meeting room bookings and setups.
  • 📨

    Mail & Courier Management:

    Receive and distribute incoming mail; coordinate outgoing couriers and logistics.
  • 🗂️

    Administrative Support:

    Assist HR/Admin with employee joining formalities, ID cards, and general support activities.
  • 🛎️

    Office Ambience & Hospitality:

    Ensure the front office area is always clean, organized, and welcoming. Serve refreshments to guests when required.
  • 🧾

    Record Keeping:

    Maintain petty cash, inventory for front office supplies, and other documentation as needed.
  • 📋

    Security Compliance:

    Liaise with security for gate passes and visitor protocols as per company standards.
