Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Specialist located in Pune. The individual in this position will manage receptionist duties, assist with clerical tasks, ensure clear communication, and deliver exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls professionally, managing appointment scheduling, and providing administrative support to the team. The Front Office Specialist will play a key role in maintaining organized operations and creating a welcoming environment for clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills to ensure smooth front-office operations
• Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette for professional interaction with clients and team members
• Excellent Customer Service skills to enhance client satisfaction and engagement
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
• Relevant prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Basic computer and office software knowledge to maintain accurate records and scheduling
