We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Provide basic information to clients and visitors
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Coordinate with internal staff and departments as needed
Ensure front desk security and monitor visitor logbook

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Strong organizational and time-management skills
