Job Summary:
Citirine Skin Clinic is seeking a professional, courteous, and well-groomed receptionist to be the face of our clinic. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk responsibilities, ensure a warm patient experience, and support the clinic's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with a pleasant and welcoming attitude
• Manage appointments, walk-ins, and follow-up schedules
• Handle incoming calls, queries, and patient coordination
• Maintain patient records and ensure data confidentiality
• Collect payments and issue receipts
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred; freshers may apply
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Presentable appearance with a customer-first approach
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Knowledge of clinic management software will be an added advantage

Note: Candidates with a background in healthcare or wellness clinics will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
