Role & responsibilities

  • Manage visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and ensure security procedures are followed.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings, and manage calendars for the office.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for use, including arranging catering. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception area.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when needed.
  • Perform general clerical duties like data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist other departments with various administrative tasks as needed.
