Role & responsibilities Manage visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and ensure security procedures are followed. Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings, and manage calendars for the office. Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for use, including arranging catering. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception area. Manage office supplies and place orders when needed. Perform general clerical duties like data entry, filing, and photocopying.
