6. Maintaining Office Supplies : Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
7. Providing Information and Assistance : Answering general inquiries and providing directions or assistance to visitors.
8. Administrative Tasks : Assisting with tasks like data entry, filing, and photocopying.
