Resolving patient queries and explaining scope and non-scope of services. Providing information about the organization, clinic/hospital facilities, and services. Sharing guidelines with patients in a polite and professional manner. Helping patients schedule appointments and maintaining records. Serving patients by greeting them and providing assistance. Maintaining a register to record patient feedback and complaints. Reporting any disturbances at the front desk area to higher authorities immediately. Filling out forms, such as initial assessment, nutritional assessment, COVID-19 mandatory forms, and consent forms. Following patient rights and responsibility guidelines carefully.
