Location: Kavuri Hills, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500033, India

Job Overview:

Are you organized, approachable, and fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu. We’re looking for a smart and responsible Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally

- Greet and assist visitors and clients with a warm, helpful attitude

- Manage daily front-desk activities and handle basic administrative tasks

- Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and assist with follow-ups

- Maintain visitor logs and ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming

- Support other departments with coordination or communication when needed

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (spoken fluency required)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer knowledge (emails, MS Office, etc.)

- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

- Punctual, polite, and organised

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
