Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist located in Jaipur. The Receptionist's daily tasks include managing the front desk, answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries. Additional duties involve clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, sorting mail, and maintaining records. The Receptionist will also provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment. Qualifications Excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills Strong Clerical Skills and ability to handle various administrative tasks Effective Communication and Customer Service skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Experience in an educational or consultancy setting is a plus A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are beneficial Show more Show less
