Position Title: Receptionist

Experience-2 years

Job Description

1 Answers all incoming telephone calls, whether internal or external, provides information and forwards them

appropriately, takes messages and schedules appointments.

2 Welcomes visitors of the company, determines the nature and purpose of visit, informs the respective staff members

and guides or escorts them accordingly.

3 Handles postal and courier dispatches of mails/packages and maintains respective records as well as records of

respective receipts.

4 Listens and records complaints from customers and public, informing accordingly the respective department

member, so as to provide the adequate respond. Provides answers to requests, if possible.

5 Records and files all documents required, such as incoming and outgoing mail, as per companys procedures

6 Records the use of meeting rooms and arranges when they are available for booking. Assists in providing meeting

room equipment upon request and keeps records (tele conference / video projectors).

7 Arranges travel and hospitality for visiting clients and colleagues, when requested.
