Job Title: Receptionist

Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage appointments.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, courier handling).
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or front office executive preferred.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-service mindset.

Pay: ₹10,182.85 - ₹25,554.94 per month
