Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist, located in Kolkata. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, performing various clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The role also involves managing appointments, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills Excellent Communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in basic computer applications Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any relevant field
