Job Title: Receptionist Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Manage the front desk, including receiving deliveries, organizing mail, and keeping the reception area tidy. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Provide basic information to clients and visitors regarding company services and policies. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth visitor handling. Handle customer inquiries both in person and via phone/email. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer service attitude.
