QS - Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities : ● Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work valuations. ● Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare accurate quantities and costs. ● Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process. ● Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. ● Conduct feasibility studies, risk analyses, and cost control measures. ● Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants. ● Value completed work and arrange payments to contractors/subcontractors. ● Monitor project progress and report on financial performance. ● Resolve disputes and handle contractual claims. ● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. ● Assist in procurement and negotiation with suppliers/subcontractors. ● Provide financial advice and forecasts to ensure profitability Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
