A receptionist is an administrative employee who serves as the first point of contact for a business, handling visitor greetings, phone calls, and mail, while also managing administrative tasks and ensuring the front office is organized and welcoming. Often called the "director of first impressions," a receptionist's key responsibilities include managing communications, scheduling appointments, and providing a positive experience for clients, visitors, and customers. Key Responsibilities
