Job Title: Receptionist

Salary Range: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹2.4 LPA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, greet visitors, manage calls, and support day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages.
  • Maintain visitor logs and office records.
  • Handle courier, packages, and correspondence.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.
  • Support HR/Admin team with basic clerical tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 0–2 years of experience as a receptionist/front desk executive.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
