Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist, based in Meerut. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes clerical duties such as filing, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence. The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Strong Clerical Skills, including filing and scheduling
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
