The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and a proactive approach to work. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome walk-in clients and visitors at the office. Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately. Make outbound calls to prospective clients for property inquiries and follow-ups. Maintain records of client interactions, inquiries, feedback, and appointments. Schedule property visits and coordinate with sales executives. Provide accurate information about available properties and project details. Manage office front desk and maintain a professional appearance. Assist in basic administrative tasks and office coordination. Required Skills:Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English. Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach. Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email, etc.). Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in telecalling or receptionist role is a plus (but not mandatory). Education:Minimum HSC (12th Pass) Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Tuesday
