Job Description

·         Customer Interaction:  Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor, providing a positive first impression of the brand.  ·         Communication:  Answer and direct incoming phone calls, manage email inquiries, and address client questions and concerns.  ·         Appointment Management:  Schedule client appointments, manage calendars, and ensure efficient use of the showroom or meeting spaces.  ·         Administrative Support:  Handle mail, packages, and other administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the jewelry store or brand.  ·         Showroom Maintenance:  Ensure the reception area and showroom are clean, organized, and welcoming for clients.  ·         Product Knowledge:  Provide clients with basic information about jewelry products and services to assist in their sales experience.  ·         Problem-Solving:  Remain calm and professional when addressing client issues or complaints, finding effective resolutions or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
