We are looking for a well-spoken, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our brand. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls, support basic administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Manage front-desk operations including visitor logs and appointments. Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and courier management. Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized. Coordinate with internal teams for meetings, scheduling, and office needs. Manage incoming and outgoing emails/messages. Assist HR and operations teams with basic support tasks. Handle office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement. Maintain confidentiality of company information.
