Ltd @Pune Company Website: https://sunlitpower.com/ Post: Receptionist Vacancies: 01 Gender: Female Edu: Any Graduate Exp: Min 1.0 to 3.0+ yrs Salary: 15K To 16K PM + PF, Insurance Working Timing: 9:00 AM To 6:00 PM Weekly Off: Sunday Job Location: Wakad (Pune) Joining: Immediate / 15 days Job Description: We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and courteous Female Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for the company, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff. Key Responsibilities: · Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. · Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. · Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. · Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition. · Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.). · Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. · Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. · Assist HR/Admin department with day-to-day operations as required. Requirements: · Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). · Professional attitude and appearance. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
