Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job Title: Receptionist – Gym / Fitness Center Location: Gurudwara Road, Shastri Nagar, Meerut Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic receptionist to be the first point of contact for our members and visitors. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk efficiently, provide excellent customer service, handle administrative tasks, and support the smooth operation of the gym. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome members, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about memberships, classes, and facilities. Manage member check-ins and maintain accurate records in the gym’s software system. Process new memberships, renewals, and payments. Schedule and confirm personal training sessions or fitness classes. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service requests professionally. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Coordinate with trainers, cleaning staff, and management for smooth daily operations. Promote ongoing offers, fitness programs, and events. Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory checks. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, reception, or front desk roles (preferably in the fitness industry). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, and POS systems). Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure. Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
