Position: Receptionist (Female Candidates Only)Location: Vesu, Surat Job Type: Full-time Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome patients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude. Handle patient inquiries (in-person and on phone). Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations. Maintain patient records and ensure smooth front-desk operations. Coordinate with doctors, assistants, and staff for daily operations. Collect consultation fees and maintain billing records. Ensure cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area. Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance patient experience. Desired Candidate Profile Female candidates only. Minimum 12th pass / graduate preferred. Pleasant personality with good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, handling software). Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism. Positive, polite, and patient-friendly attitude. Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer care will be an added advantage.
