Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job Description: Fitness Receptionist at Elite Edge Fitness Responsibilities: Greet and assist members and guests in a professional and friendly manner at Elite Edge Fitness Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and processing membership sales Schedule appointments, maintain cleanliness of the reception area, and provide general administrative support Maintain accurate records of appointments, memberships, and daily transactions Understand and communicate information about fitness services, classes, and facilities to members Assist with basic social media management, such as creating posts and engaging with the online community Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient operation Requirements: Availability to work from 8 am to 12 pm and 5 pm to 9.30 pm on weekdays Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation Basic knowledge of social media platforms and willingness to learn and adapt Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure Willingness to undergo training and coaching provided by the Elite Edge Fitness team Full-time availability and commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism Compensation: Base salary offered for this position at Elite Edge Fitness ranges from 8,000 INR to 10,000 INR, depending on experience and qualifications. Incentives available that can allow you to earn up to 25,000 INR based on performance metrics such as membership sales, customer satisfaction, and social media engagement.
